That is a load of disappointment and disgust to a paying customer who needs more help than can be handled via email. They have a phone support number, offering tech support, but you get a recording they cannot accept calls due to a 'high call volume'.

their 'ticket' support via email falls short of the customer's needs. all very confusing with their interface to online storage (optional) confused with a past BETA online storage (free), confused with GoodSync, confused with a TON of other things. Their email support might be good but when they recently introduce a 'brand new' product such as Roboform Anywhere along with it seems a dozen other products. If anyone thinks they'll get anything good from roboform, think again!Īctually, I have to complain. Imagine my surprise when I searched their site to submit a complaint, yet finding no way whatsoever to do so. I contacted them again via the exact ticket I had opened for the issue that I was disappointed and felt it was rude for them not to get back to me, and basically told them to reply within 48 hours or I would submit a complaint to management. This is my first experience with them and I have to say that they are doing a very poor job. I went back to ask why, and it's now been nearly 10 days with no reply from them. After that, and within not even four days of that reply, two versions were rolled out, neither of which fixing my issue. They told me that they were aware of the problem and it would be fixed in one of the next versions. I submitted a ticket to see why my roboform toolbar's background wasn't conforming to the color of the rest of the browser, instead using the classic gray background (I use firefox 4). I have to say I disagree with the Original Poster completely.
